Didn't receive your order even though the tracking link says it was delivered?

If you think your package is lost or missing, we advise you to check with the members of your household or neighbours to find out if they have received or seen your package. We also recommend you to check around your property as it is possible that the parcel was left there. Secondly, reach out to your local courier to confirm the delivery status.

If after all these checks you still cannot locate your package, please contact us. We might need to start an official investigation with the postal service.




SHIPPING PROTECTION

We strongly encourage adding shipping protection to your order at the checkout to assist in getting a replacement out to you ASAP in the event that your delivery is damaged, stolen or lost during transit. 

Orders that do not have shipping protection will be subject to a missing parcel investigation with the relevant postal service and a replacement will only be sent once this investigation has been completed. Please note missing parcel investigations may take up to 6 weeks to be completed.
