We also recommend you to check around your property as it is possible that the parcel was left there. We might need to start an official investigation with the postal service. <hr> SHIPPING PROTECTIONWe strongly encourage adding shipping protection to your order at the checkout to assist in getting a replacement out to you ASAP in the event that your delivery is damaged, stolen or lost during transit.&#xA0;Orders that do not have shipping protection will be subject to a missing parcel investigation with the relevant postal service and a replacement will only be sent once this investigation has been completed.
